If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights. 4-Noise and Disturbance: Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud parties, music, or any behavior that disturbs the peace or tranquility of the area are strictly prohibited. 5-We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable considering it is free for all guests. 6-Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home.
